Online shopping can be tricky, and we do everything we can to make your experience a good one, but sometimes, things just don't work out. That's why our return policy is so flexible: we want you to feel confident that if something doesn't work out, we've got your back.

Almost all items are NON returnable. Please use below exceptions:

• A item was not as stated whether it be color or design.
• An item was damaged when you received it.
• An imperfection was found on the item.

If a refund is given, you will not be refunded shipping. There will be a 10% restocking fee due to fees accessed when the transaction was made. 

If you or I should need to make a refund for any reason, that refund will be given to you with a store credit. 

Bleached items vary in color and design. If bleaching is off in color this is out of my control. I try my best to get the bleaching designs as stated in the product ad.
